Gust can create new recipes from a description, import them from anywhere on the web, or transcribe them from voice. All three live on the **Meals** tab.

1. Open the Meals tab.

2. Tap AI Generate.

3. Describe what you want ("a high-protein chicken bowl with rice, no dairy").

4. Tap Generate.

Gust returns a full recipe with ingredients, steps, and macros. Save it to your library or include it in your weekly plan.

Found a recipe on Reddit, a blog, or Instagram?

1. Meals → Paste Recipe.

2. Paste the full text.

3. Tap Import.

Gust parses ingredients, normalizes the steps, and computes macros automatically.

Dictate a recipe

Got grandma's recipe in your head? Talk it out.

1. Meals → Dictate Recipe.

2. Tap the mic and start talking.

3. Tap Stop when done.

Gust transcribes and structures it.

Recipe limits

Each method has a per-week generation cap to keep costs sustainable. You'll see your remaining count at the top of each screen. Limits reset weekly.

Save and use your recipes

After a recipe is created:

- Tap the heart to Favorite it (boosts future recommendations).

- Toggle Include in Plans so the weekly plan generator can use it.

- Tap Cook to start step-by-step cooking mode.

I don't like what AI generated

Tap Regenerate at the top of the recipe to try again with the same prompt. You can also adjust the prompt and regenerate.
