How do I get a refund for Gust?

Request a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com on any device.

  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy Gust.

  3. Find the Gust charge in your purchase history.

  4. Tap Report a Problem, choose a reason, and submit.

Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Refunds usually approved

  • You were charged shortly after cancelling.

  • You bought the wrong plan and haven't used the new period.

  • A technical issue prevented you from using Gust.

Refunds usually denied

  • The billing period is mostly used up.

  • You've requested multiple refunds in a short window.

Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Refunds are still handled through Apple at the link above. You have a stronger case in the first 14 days.
